TV mounting in Driftwood, TX
Ranch gates, long driveways, and great rooms built from the same stone as the land. Driftwood installs are our favorite kind of day.
Driftwood is acreage country. Custom homes off Ranch Road 150 and FM 1826, La Ventana estates, driveways longer than most streets. The rooms match the land: vaulted great rooms, rough fieldstone fireplaces, and covered patios built for October evenings.
Fieldstone is a different drill than the cut limestone block up the road in Dripping Springs. Irregular faces mean the flat spot the mount needs might not be where the TV wants to sit, so we shim and plate to keep the set plumb against a wall that isn't. The anchor rule doesn't change: solid stone, never mortar, every time.
The other half of Driftwood is outdoor. Patio TVs pointed at the pit, soundbars that don't fight the crickets. Outdoor is quoted per job, because cover, surface, power and size change everything. We'll tell you straight whether your patio needs a true outdoor TV or whether the cover you have gives you options.
We schedule Driftwood honestly: it's a drive, so we group it with our other hill country stops. Tell us your flexibility and we'll find the fast path.
Who installs outdoor TVs in Driftwood?
Zilker AV covers Driftwood, La Ventana and the ranch roads for covered-patio TVs and fieldstone fireplace mounts. Outdoor installs are quoted per job once cover, power and surface are known, and the great-room stone starts at $179.
Driftwood splits between fieldstone mounts from $179 inside and quoted outdoor work on the patio. Almost nothing here is a bare $99 drywall job, and we'd rather say that upfront.

Questions
Straight answers
Do you really drive out past the Salt Lick?
Yes. Driftwood, the wineries stretch, and everything off 150 and 1826. It's core territory, not the edge of the map.
Can you mount on rough fieldstone?
Yes. Irregular stone needs plating and shimming so the TV sits plumb against a wall that isn't flat. It's slower than block limestone and it's still the work we like best.
What does a covered patio TV cost in Driftwood?
Quoted per job. Cover, surface, power and size decide the approach, so describe the spot on the call and we'll scope it properly instead of guessing.
Can we get everything done in one trip?
That's the goal. Great room, patio, soundbar: one visit, one invoice, and three or more TVs takes 15% off the labor.
Ranch room or patio first?
Describe both on one call. We'll group the work and quote the whole visit.
