What is a mantel mount?
A mount that lets you pull the TV down and forward off the wall, so it sits at eye level while you watch and tucks back above the mantel when you are done. It is the fix for a screen that is mounted too high over a fireplace.
How much is a mantel mount installed?
Installation starts at $250. A motorised system starts at $350 because power gets run to the mount itself. Hardware is quoted with the job — or bring your own and we will fit it. Call and you will have a starting number in one conversation.
Why will you not give me a firm price on the phone?
Because the honest answer depends on the depth of your mantel, the surface, the weight of the TV and where power is. We would rather tell you a starting number and confirm it than quote low and change it in your living room.
Can you run power up to the mount?
Yes, and for a motorised mount it is required — that is part of what the motorised starting point covers.
