Austin proper is the most varied territory we cover. Downtown and Rainey condos mean concrete and steel — different anchors, HOA rules, freight elevators and a two-person carry from the parking garage. We handle all of that routinely, and we leave the hallway as clean as the living room.
Out in the neighborhoods it flips: Hyde Park and Crestview bungalows hide plaster-and-lath behind the paint, Mueller and the east side are modern drywall with pre-wire that is usually half finished, and everything west of MoPac starts growing limestone. Knowing which wall you have before we drill is most of the job.
