Samsung Frame
It only works if it looks like a picture
Flush to the wall, one invisible cable, the box hidden. Anything less and it is just a television with a border.
The difference
Three things that go wrong
The gap. A Frame is designed to sit flat. Fitted on a standard bracket, or on a wall that was never checked for flat, it stands proud and the illusion dies instantly.
The cable. There is exactly one, and it is nearly invisible — which is worth nothing if it then runs down the face of your limestone to a box on the floor.
The box. The One Connect has to live somewhere with air and access. That decision has to be made before the mount goes on the wall, not after.
None of this is difficult. It is just decided before the first hole, and that is the part that gets skipped.

Questions
Straight answers
Do you install Samsung Frame TVs?
Yes. The Frame is a different job to a normal TV — the flush mount, the One Connect box and the single thin cable all have to be planned before anything gets drilled, or it does not sit flat.
How much is a Frame installation?
The same as any TV — from $99. Stone, brick and cable concealment move it up. Call and we will price your exact wall in one conversation.
Will it sit flush against the wall?
That is the whole point of a Frame, and it is where they most often go wrong. Done right there is no gap and no visible cable — it reads as a framed picture.
Where does the One Connect box go?
Somewhere out of sight — a cabinet, a shelf, or inside the wall. We work that out with you before we mount, because it decides where the cable has to come out.
Planning a Frame?
Call before the wall is finished if you can — it is the cheapest time to make it invisible.
